Magic Brew by kruut is your caffeine-free answer to traditional coffee. Instead of a caffeine kick, this blend harnesses the power of Chaga mushroom, Shiitake extract, chicory root, and dandelion root. The mushrooms and roots are hand-harvested and immediately air-dried at temperatures below 40°C to protect the delicate botanical compounds. Rather than being ground into a fine dust, the roots and mushrooms are gently milled to ensure the maximum retention of nutrients.

Taste: Magic Brew offers a mild, nutty flavour with less acidity than a standard espresso. The Chaga mushroom lends the drink a hint of cocoa and subtle roasted notes.

Serving suggestions:

• French press: Pour 200 ml of hot water over 1 tablespoon and let it steep for 5 minutes.
• Tea filter: Pour 200 ml of hot water over 1 tablespoon and let it infuse for 5 minutes
• Stovetop: Simmer gently in hot water or directly in your favourite plant milk.
• Iced Magic Brew: Whisk 1 teaspoon into 50 ml of water, top with ice cubes and plant milk, and sweeten to taste.

Notes & Tips:

• Because the ingredients are not 100% soluble, a fine sediment may remain at the bottom of your cup. Feel free to use a fine-mesh sieve or paper filter for a smoother drink.
• You can also stir Magic Brew into your regular coffee grounds, or use it as a ningredient in baking, porridge, or smoothies.
