Method of preparation and directions for use:
For the optimal composition, take 33 g of Layenberger Slim Shake Powder per serving. Simply mix 33 g of powder with 200 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) in a shaker to whip up a satisfying meal.
You can replace up to two meals per day with the Fit+Feelgood Slim Shake. Please ensure that any other main meal(s) you consume are low in calories (no more than 600 kcal) and rich in vitamins.
