Description

The easily soluble BCAA powder from All Stars offers a fruity variety in terms of amino acids. It is highly dosed with the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. The watermelon tasting powder can be used in intensive training phases as well as in diet phases.

Recommended intake:
Mix 14g BCAA powder (1 dosage spoon = 1 serving) with 250ml water in a shaker. 1-2 servings of BCAA daily, preferably with breakfast, before or after training.
