The powder is made with an organic form of magnesium that has been chelated with amino acids. The purely plant-based ingredients include a bit of citric acid and are perfect for supporting you during stressful times.

Recommended use:

  • Dissolve 1 level teaspoon of magnesium bisglycinate in water, juice or milk once or twice a day.
  • One level teaspoon contains 2 grams, which corresponds to 200 mg of magnesium.
