SonnenMoor Peat Cushion

The Peat Cushion by SonnenMoor can be used warm or cold for localised heat or cold therapy.

Product highlights at a glance:

• Lasting temperature retention: Releases stored heat or cold gradually & maintains its temperature for an extended period.
• Contoured shape: Shaped for use on the neck & shoulders, measuring 59 cm x 16 cm.
• Reusable: Can be heated up to 700 times in a water bath or steam oven and up to 300 times in a microwave.
• For adults and children: Suitable for both adults and children.

Directions:
Place the warmed or cooled cushion directly on the area to be treated.

• Heating in a water bath (recommended): Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, thread a wooden spoon through the loop and suspend the moor cushion in the hot water for approximately 10–15 minutes.
• Heating in a microwave: Heat the cushion for a maximum of 2 minutes at 600 watts.
• Cooling in the fridge: Place the cushion in the fridge for approximately 1–2 hours.

Please note:

• Do not place the cushion in the freezer.
• Heating in a microwave may shorten the life of the peat cushion.
