Melatonin Intens Tablets by tetesept provide 2 mg of melatonin per tablet and are additionally enriched with vitamins B1 and B2. The formula is vegan and free from gluten and lactose.

Recommended intake:

• Take 1 tablet with sufficient liquid in the evening before bedtime.
• For jet lag: On the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at your destination, take 1 tablet shortly before bedtime.
