This wheat flour is a classic conventional flour. It is perfect for making any kind of dough that needs to rise. The somewhat coarser parts of the flour cause the flour to absorb liquids more slowly and react more slowly, making for a stiffer dough. It's perfect for cakes, biscuits, curd doughs, dumplings and spaetzle noodles.
