Sweating during sports activities leads to a rapid loss of water and vital minerals, which is why Sponser developed the Competition sports powder. This hypotonic electrolyte drink features a diverse carbohydrate blend and an array of essential minerals. Thanks to its acid-free, mildly flavoured formula, the powder can be used in high concentrations even during prolonged endurance training. The drink is also free from unnecessary additives and features a multi-carb formula.

Application:

• Suitable for before, during or after exercise.
• Drink approx. 0.5 - 1 litre every hour depending on how thirsty you are and how much you lose sweat.

Preparation:

• Fill a drinking bottle (750ml) with cold water, add 4 - 5 measuring spoons (60 - 80 g) of powder, shake and enjoy.
• Can also be taken in a higher concentration in case of increased energy requirements (remains hypotonic up to 90 g per litre).
