The rawster Sport Drink Powder provides you with a considerable portion of vegetable protein, which can be of great benefit, especially before physical activity. The reason for the high protein content is the maca tuber it contains. This is also known as "natural caffeine". In addition to maca, the product also contains raw cocoa, beetroot and guarana.
Recommended use:
Take 2 heaped tablespoons with 250ml milk/plant-based milk in a shaker or mixer approx. 2 hours before the sport session.
