Description
The mild dosage Coenzyme Q10 - 30 mg with EPA and DHA combines the vitamin-like Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) with marine omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) in an easy-to-swallow softgel capsule.
- Each capsule contains 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 as well as fish oil with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA).
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (with a total daily EPA & DHA intake of 250 mg).
Recommended intake:
1 soft capsule daily with or after a meal; up to 3 capsules daily if needed.
