Styria is famous for its fine pumpkin cultivation, but most of all the dark treasure held within the pumpkins - the seeds! Only seeds from the best organic pumpkins grown in Styria are cold-pressed to make this intensely aromatic, nutty-tasting dark green oil by Ölmühle Fandler.
The carefully pressed pumpkin seeds yield a velvety smooth and intense-tasting oil that is a result of years of experience and passion for good quality.
Drizzle over a mixed salad, sour beef salad or sliced, boiled beef. Also delicious when mixed into a Styrian scarlet runner bean salad or a savoury pumpkin seed spread.
