Herbs included are lemon balm, valerian, passionflower, poppy and hawthorn. It is ideal to support your evening ritual before going to bed, and before meditation and yoga sessions.

Recommended use:
Place 20 drops on the tongue or stir into a glass of water before going to bed. The manufacturer recommends taking it as a course for a minimum of 4 weeks.
