These softgels are formulated with pure natural algae oil which is the ideal alternative to conventional omega-3 products. The vegan formulation maks these softgels suitable forpeople who are allergic to fish.
Recommended use:
- Adults and teenagers above 12 years: take 1 softgel twice a day. For additional support, adults may also take 2 softgels twice a day.
- Children from 6 to 11 years: 1 softgel daily.
