Description
Doppelherz aktiv Night Complex Capsules are designed for use as part of an evening routine. The formula combines melatonin, L-theanine from green tea, valerian root extract and lemon balm leaf extract in a carefully balanced composition. The capsules also contain vitamins B1 and B6.
The product is easy to take and can be incorporated into your evening routine. It is free from gluten and lactose, and the compact capsule format is practical for travel.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule shortly before bedtime with sufficient liquid.
Notes:
- Do not take together with alcohol.
- Melatonin should only be taken short term, for a maximum of 3 weeks.
- People with liver, kidney or autoimmune conditions should not take this food supplement.
