Description
HEARTcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine essential vitamin B1 with a selection of traditional botanicals. The formula is based on arjuna and hawthorn extract, supplemented by mandukaparni and guggulu. The composition is completed by triphala, fenugreek seeds and the Trikatu spice blend of ginger, black pepper and pippali.
In Ayurvedic teaching, the formula is considered in the context of the Prana Vata and Vyana Vata doshas. The vitamin B1 (thiamine) contained contributes to normal heart function.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
