Lumi-Tee® by SonnenMoor is a loose herbal tea blend made with selected plant ingredients for the colder months.

Directions:

• Cover 2 heaped tablespoons of tea with 1 litre of boiling water (100 degrees Celsius).
• Leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy.
