Description
Whole Cane Sugar is an unrefined sugar that contains the whole molasses part of the sugar cane. This gives the sweetener its crumbly malty taste and brown colour.
- When processing, the fresh sugar cane juice is slowly thickened until it dries and is sieved.
Storage note:
- The whole cane sugar attracts water and tends to clump easily. Therefore, it should be kept in an airtight jar.
Note for allergy sufferers:
- May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy and sesame due to production.
