Santasapina Spruce Tip Syrup™ brings together fresh spruce tips and selected natural ingredients in this traditional Swiss syrup.

Recommended intake:

• Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml) 3 to 4 times daily.
• Children aged 10 to 16 years: Take 2 teaspoons (approx. 5 ml) 2 to 4 times daily.
• Children aged 2 to 10 years: Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) 1 to 2 times daily.

The syrup can be taken on its own or mixed with a little warm milk or tea.

• Information for people with diabetes: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) contains approximately 1.6 bread units (BE).

This plant-based syrup is made with carefully selected natural ingredients and follows the tradition of botanical recipes. At its heart are juice and extract from fresh red spruce tips, complemented by natural spruce needle oil for a full-bodied, aromatic flavour, reminiscent of a walk through the forest.

Made in Switzerland. The syrup is lactose-free, gluten-free and alcohol-free, and contains no preservatives. Cane sugar, honey and pear juice concentrate provide sweetness. Suitable for children aged 2 and over when used as directed.
