Description
This risotto rice is suitable for preparing a wide variety of risotto and paella dishes as well as rice pudding. This variety of rice, called ribe, develops a creamy, firm consistency when cooked.
Preparation recommendation for two people:
Sauté a finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add 150 g risotto rice and sauté briefly. Gradually add 600 ml vegetable stock and let it cook for 15 - 20 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Stir occasionally.
