The Carbo-Loader from Sponser is a well-balanced carbohydrate-electrolyte mixture that is perfect for endurance competitions and training. Due to the electrolytes and the different types of sugar it contains, the Carbo-Loader is the perfect companion and it's vegan!

Application:

  • The day before the competition and during intensive training camps.
  • 4 x 1 serving per day, ideally after breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as before bed rest.

Preparation:

  • First pour water, then powder into the bidon/shaker and shake very well.
  • Increase the amount of water depending on your taste.
