zirkulin Organic Psyllium Seeds

Psyllium husks can bind many times their own weight in liquid. The organic psyllium seeds by zirkulin are suitable for long-term use without any problems.

• Vegan
• No added sugar
• Without colourings
• Without palm oil

Recommended use:
Stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) well into approx. 1/2 glass of liquid once a day and then take with 1-2 further glasses of liquid (at least 150 ml).

Note:

• Fibre binds water, so it is important to ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Leave a gap of around 1 hour between taking this product and taking medicines.
• Do not take this product if you have pathological narrowing of the oesophagus or the gastrointestinal tract.
