The organic noodles are made of konjac flour are ideal for preparing Asian dishes. They contain zero sugar and gluten and with just 9 kcal per 100 g, you can enjoy it without having a guilty conscious.
Preparation:
- Pour the water out of the package and rinse the noodles 2-3 times in warm water. Warm up the noodles in a wok or pan, stirring constantly. Pour your sauce, herbs or veggies over the noodles or enjoy them in a soup or salad.
