Description

The Magnesium Complex combines 3 forms of tri-magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate in perfect proportions. The tablets do not include the release agent magnesium stearate. Nano-particle-free microcrystalline cellulose is used instead.

Recommended use:

  • Take 1 tablet once a day with 1-2 glasses of water (300-400 ml).
  • For easier digestion, the tablet can be halved at the scored breaking point.

Note:

  • Not suitable for children or young people.
  • Consult a doctor before use when pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • There is a risk of suffocation for consumers who have difficulty swallowing or who have insufficient fluid intake.
