Sponser Low Carb Protein Shake is based on a premium blend of whey, milk, and egg proteins to achieve a high biological value. This multi-source protein supports the maintenance and growth of muscle mass - crucial during calorie-controlled phases. The formula is enriched with choline, which contributes to normal lipid metabolism, and contains high-quality dietary fibres. When prepared with skimmed milk, a single serving provides approximately one-third of the daily requirement for ten essential vitamins. It is the perfect nutritional companion to a meal of fruit, vegetables, or salad.
Directions for use:
Mix 3 scoops (25 g) with 250-300 ml of milk, or 3 ½ scoops (30 g) with 200 ml of water in a shaker or blender.
