Description
This neutral-tasting drink powder is intended for use before competitions or sports sessions in hot conditions. The formula combines selected electrolytes, including sodium, with carbohydrates and L-citrulline. It is designed for situations where increased sweating can lead to fluid and mineral loss. The formulation is free from sweeteners, preservatives, acids and artificial colourings, and is suitable for a vegan diet.
Recommended intake:
Dissolve 28 g, equivalent to 5 measuring scoops, in 500 ml water and drink in small sips approx. 60 to 90 minutes before competing in hot conditions.
