Description
The mustard oils are responsible for the spiciness and are only released by contact with liquid. Mustard sprouts contain protein, fat, vitamin C, sulfur, phosphorus and iron.
Mustard can mix well with other sprouting seeds. It goes well with roast potatoes and sauces and makes dips wonderfully spicy.
