Raab Vitalfood Organic Psyllium Husk capsules contain finely ground organic psyllium husks from India. The powder is rich in vegetable fibre.

  • Dietary fibre from ground organic psyllium husks
  • 68% vegetable fibre
  • Ground psyllium husks have a greater swelling capacity than whole husks.

Recommended dose:
Take 8 capsules daily at once or spread out over the day.

Important:
Make sure you drink enough water. Drink at least 500 ml after taking the capsules or 2 litres a day.
