The selenium complex combines with selenium methionine (organically bound selenium) and sodium selenite (inorganic selenium) - two selenium forms that complement each other perfectly thanks to the balanced ratio.
For each capsule, the Pure Encapsulation® dietary supplement contains 110 mcg selenium.
Recommended use:
