Description
The vegan PMS capsules from Pure Ella are ideal for supporting women before or during their period. The capsules contain a vital substance complex consisting of chasteberry, saffron, lady's mantle, verbena, vitamin B6, vitamin C and zinc. The capsules are vegan and free from hormones and artificial additives.
Recommended dosage:
Adults: take 1 capsule twice daily with sufficient liquid.
Tips from the manufacturer:
- Start taking at the end of your period.
- In the beginning, take the product for 3 months without interruption. If the need for support decreases, take a break for 4 - 6 weeks before starting a new pack.
- The capsules are also suitable for adolescents from the onset of their first period and PMS symptoms, but consult a doctor first.
- If you are taking medication/s that influence the hormones (e.g. birth control pills), please consult your doctor before taking this product.
