Description

BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids, which means "branched-chain amino acids". BCAA stands for a mixture of the essential amino acids L-isoleucine, L-leucine and L-valine.

The three amino acids cover a large part of the daily requirement of essential amino acids.

Consumption recommendation:

  • 3 capsules twice a day, preferably before meals.
  • For training/competition: 3 capsules before and immediately after exercise.
  • Always take BCAA on an empty stomach.
  • Make sure you drink enough fluids every day
