The best white wine cuvée is used to achieve the delicate, distinctive vinegar flavour of this vinegar. Aging in oak barrels adds a delicate touch of honey that perfectly harmonises with the peppery spice of the wine.

Especially good with potato salad, zucchini and root vegetables such as carrots and celery, the vinegar also goes well with fish and seafood and salads. It can also be used for preserving vegetables, seasoning soups and preparing traditional stews and mustard.
