Usage:
Ideally, take 2 capsules of Phase I daily with approx. 200 ml of water during the first two weeks of your menstrual cycle, then switch to 2 capsules of Phase II during the second half of your cycle. It is recommended to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.

Start with Phase I (follicular phase) on the first day of your period, and switch to the luteal phase in the second half of your cycle.
