Description
Prenatal by Novalac is formulated to support women who are planning a pregnancy, are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. The supplement in capsule form contains many key nutrients, including folic acid Quatrefolic®, iron Lipofer®, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc and iodine.
Recommended dose:
- The manufacturer recommends taking the capsules starting in the pre-conception phase (at least 3 months before pregnancy), and continue taking them throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.
