These softgels consist of liquid lecithins, fat-like substances that are also known as phospholipids. Lecithin is made up of fatty acids, glycerine, phosphoric acid and choline or an amino acid. In addition, lecithins contain 58 - 60% soy phosphatides. In addition, the bioavailability is high. Ideal for a yeast-free food supplement without preservatives.
