The soy protein is derived from GMO-free soybeans and amino acids and is the vegetarian alternative to protein powders from animal sources.

Preparation:

• Add 30g (approximately equivalent to 3 heaped tablespoons) Sojafit protein to a ¼ litre of soy milk (for allergy sufferers and vegans) or water. Fresh fruit can be added to the mixture for variation.

• Drink 2 shakes daily between meals, as well as one additional shake after every workout.
