MycoWay Organic Shiitake Powder, 200 g

MycoWay's organic shiitake powder consists of finely ground, gently dried shiitake mushrooms, bringing their characteristic earthy, slightly smoky aroma directly to your kitchen. The fine powder is easy to use and can be easily stirred into a variety of food and drinks. Stir into soups, sauces, dips, or smoothies to add a delicious flavour.

Directions for use:

• 2–4 g per day (1–2 teaspoons; 1 teaspoon = approx. 2 g)
• The manufacturer recommends taking half the recommended daily amount for the first few days and gradually increasing it. For best results, take half the dose in the morning and the other half in the evening.
• Stir the powder into water, tea, cocoa, yoghurt, smoothies, etc. and consume quickly.
• The powder should be taken during a meal or at least half an hour after a meal.
• Take the mushroom powder twice a year (spring and autumn) continuously for at least 3-4 weeks and then take a break.
• Take vitamin C at the same time.
