Description
Ayurveda pays great attention to the lower abdominal area, as a harmonious flow of body fluids is considered essential for vitality. Especially when the fiery pitta dosha dominates, this can be perceived as unpleasant heat or energetic congestion in the lower area. The traditional formula combines the power of Pedalium murex and Himalayan rhubarb (Rheum emodi) to gently regulate. Complemented by the sweet note of liquorice, the blend aims to cool the system.
Directions: Take 2-4 tablets in the morning and evening 1/2 hour before meals with warm milk and sugar.
