These softgels are formulated with pure natural algae oil which is the ideal alternative to conventional omega-3 products. As they are vegan and purely plant-based, they are also suitable for people who are allergic to fish. They can be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Recommended use:
- Adults and teenagers above 14 years: take 1 softgel twice a day. For additional support, adults may also take 2 softgels twice a day.
