Description
This product contains shilajit resin, a pure natural raw material, and is completely free from additives. Shilajit is formed as a result of long-term decomposition of plant material and minerals under natural mountain conditions, which gives it a characteristic resinous form.
A standard 600 mg daily dose contains roughly 50% fulvic acid, a naturally occurring compound in the resin. Using the accompanying wooden spatula, stir the resin into a warm liquid, such as water, tea, milk, or coffee, until fully mixed and drink.
Recommended intake:
600 mg per day. Measure with the enclosed wooden spatula and stir into warm or hot water, milk, tea, or coffee. Stir for 1-2 minutes until mixed well, and drink.
