Description
This coarse “Sel de Guérande” salt is traditionally harvested by hand in Brittany, following centuries-old methods. Naturally dried on clay beds, it retains its minerals and distinctive flavour. As it is neither washed nor refined, it remains a pure natural product. Ideal for use in a salt mill or for finishing dishes just before serving.
