Description
This magnesium chloride powder is particularly well-suited for magnesium intake via the skin. The powder is versatile and can be used for a full bath, a foot bath, or for preparing magnesium oil.
Recommendations for use:
- Body or foot bath: Dissolve the powder in warm water (50–200 g per 10 litres of water). The bath should last for at least 20 minutes.
- Preparation of magnesium oil: Mix the powder with distilled or demineralised water in a ratio of 3:2 (3 scoops of magnesium chloride and 2 scoops of water). Spray the mixture onto the skin over the muscles or under the armpits 10-15 times daily.
