Description
These gummies contain melatonin and are suitable for children 3 years and older. They should be taken before bedtime.
Taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The optimal dose of melatonin in each gummy makes it a good addition to the bedtime routine.
The gummies are enriched with vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormone activity. Vitamin B6 also supports normal nervous system function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The gumies have a delicious blackberry flavour, making them a pleasant alternative to capsules or tablets, as your child can easily chew them.
Recommended use:
1 gummy, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
The gummies should be chewed before swallowing.
