ESN Collagen Peptides

Collagen Peptides powder contains the bioactive, patented collagen peptides TENDOFORTE®, FORTIGEL® and VERISOL® along with vitamin C, zinc and copper. Easily soluble, easy to mix and ideal as part of your daily diet.

Preparation:
Mix 15 g powder (approx. 1 scoop) with 300 ml cold water in a shaker until well blended.

Recommended use:
1 serving daily. Depending on your requirements, you can take up to 3 servings a day - for instance, in the morning, after workouts or between meals. The powder is also perfect for adding to protein shakes.
