With Elite 100% Whey Protein Powder, 2170 g, there is no fixed time of use. You can flexibly arrange the intake according to your wishes. Each portion contains precious amino acids and protein-rich whey protein. The taste varies from variety to variety and leaves nothing to be desired. Directions for General Use:
1- 2 servings per day. Enjoy before training, after training or anytime you want a high-quality drink with high protein content.

Directions for Use for Rich Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge:
Preparation (1 serving): stir 35g (approx. 2 scoops - enclosed) into 180 - 240 ml water, milk or drink of your choice and mix well.

Directions for Use for Smooth Banana, Strawberry Blast:
