Description
Melatonin Intense is designed for use as part of an evening routine. The small, gluten-free mini tablets are easy to take and contain 1.8 mg melatonin per tablet.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 tablet shortly before bedtime with sufficient liquid.
Notes:
- Do not take in combination with alcohol.
- People with liver, kidney or autoimmune conditions should not use this food supplement.
- People with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes should only use melatonin after consulting a doctor.
- Melatonin should only be used short term, for a maximum of 3 weeks.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product.
- Amounts of magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
