Description

Once your training sessions are complete and your dynamic day draws to a close, your personal recovery phase begins. This product provides 500 mg of magnesium per tablet. The tablets also contain vitamin D, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and niacin, ideally combined with lemon balm leaf extract and lavender oil.

The specialised time-release function releases the ingredients gradually over several hours. The neutral-tasting tablets are easy to incorporate into your usual evening routine and are an excellent fit for a considered lifestyle.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet in the evening with a little liquid, without chewing.

Note:
Amounts exceeding 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
