Description

These easy-dissolving effervescent tablets by Doppelherz offer a practical option for everyday use. With a refreshing lime flavour, they can be quickly prepared in cold water. Each daily serving provides 500 mg magnesium and 50 µg vitamin B12. The formula is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Recommended intake:
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water, equivalent to 200 ml, and drink.

Note:
Amounts of magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
