Description

This product provides a targeted combination of micronutrients for your daily routine. A daily serving of two tablets contains 1,200 mg of calcium, complemented by vitamin D3 and vitamin K. The neutral-tasting vegetarian tablets fit easily into your diet and can be taken conveniently with meals.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of liquid, without chewing. If your diet is low in calcium, take 2 tablets daily.

Notes:

  • Do not take any other calcium-rich food supplements.
  • Not suitable for people with impaired kidney function or a family history of calcium-containing kidney stones.
