Davert Organic Pinto Beans (500 g)

Pinto beans owe their name to their striking, speckled appearance, in Spanish, “pinto” simply means “painted”. In the kitchen, these pretty beans transform into true texture wonders when cooked: they become wonderfully soft and take on a slightly creamy consistency.

Preparation:

• Soak 100 g of beans in water for approx. 12 hours.
• Then cook in fresh water for 50–60 minutes.
• Only add salt at the end of the cooking time.
