Description
WHEY DIGEST Protein by BRAINEFFECT is a protein-rich powder. It contains the natural digestive enzymes bromelain and papain, as well as calcium. The powder also includes lactase, which breaks down the milk sugar lactose, making the product suitable for those with lactose sensitivity.
Recommended intake:
Fill a shaker with 300 ml of water. Add 1 heaped measuring spoon (30 g) of powder and shake until you get a creamy texture. It is best enjoyed when freshly prepared. For added variety, the powder can also be mixed with (plant-based) milk, or added to smoothies, yoghurt or muesli.
